Success Over Stress (SOS)

Helping adults recognize stress, build healthy coping skills, and improve emotional well-being through interactive and engaging workshops.

Teaching students that positive actions lead to positive thoughts, healthy choices, stronger relationships, and lifelong success.

Impairment Goggles

A hands-on demonstration that safely shows how alcohol and drug impairment affects coordination, reaction time, and decision-making.

QPR Suicide Prevention

Learn the three simple steps—Question, Persuade, and Refer—to recognize warning signs and help someone experiencing a suicide crisis.
