Meet the dedicated team behind Morgan County Substance Abuse Council. Our staff works every day to provide prevention, education, advocacy, recovery support, and community resources that strengthen individuals, families, and communities throughout Morgan County.
Barb became the Executive Director in February 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Indianapolis and has earned master’s degrees in both human resources and business from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has been working in nonprofit management for over 30 years.
In January 2024, Emily joined MCSAC, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in social media management and impeccable organizational skills.
In May 2024, Jason joined the MCSAC team as a Certified Peer Recovery Coach. He helps people connect to recovery, treatment, and community resources while providing support and encouragement.
In October 2024, Anne joined the MCSAC team as a part time Community Coordinator. Anne assists MCSAC by attending community events and maintaining the Naloxbox locations. Anne is also a facilitator for the Morgan County chapter of Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL).
In June 2025, Endia joined the MCSAC team as a part time Peer Navigator and Community Health worker. Endia helps individuals navigate recovery and connect with the services and support they need to move forward.
Carolyn joined the MCSAC team as a part time Research Assistant in March 2026.
Kelli was instrumental in helping MCSAC open New Life. She officially joined our team in February 2026 to assist with New Life daily operations.
